Natasha Sagalovsky (she/hers/ella)
I’m devoted to supporting those returning home to their bodies, breath, and inner knowing. Through somatic, relational, visionary, and trauma-informed care, I work with those rebuilding lives of meaning and coherence after trauma.
I’ve led groups and healing spaces within wellness, clinical, and grassroots settings, including my work within non-profit organizations, as a facilitator and apprentice in a women's recovery house, and during my years prior living in an ashram as part of the core staff.
I’m especially attuned to those healing from emotional neglect, the impacts of complex trauma, chronic health challenges, or living with the question of what it means to be human and sacred in this world.
Through a holistic, somatic, and heart-based approach, I support those moving through:
Complex trauma recovery
Overwhelm, anxiety, and nervous system healing
Relational wounding, emotional neglect, boundary integration
Chronic pain, injury, and disabilities (visible or invisible)
Wishing to reconnect to the sacred in themselves, others, and the natural world.
My work is integrative, combining somatic and relational therapeutic modalities, mindfulness, Feminine Wisdom Lineages, herbalism, ecology, and seasonal approaches to self-discovery, lifestyle, and health.
As the program manager at Sage Integrative Health, I oversee patient care coordination, support program development, and help cultivate meaningful relationships in our community. My in-depth of experience in trauma recovery and embodiment informs the grounded and compassionate care I offer our patients at Sage.
This work is a practice of love, devotion, and evolution. I am always learning, always deepening, and I am honored to show up in that spirit alongside you.
Originally from South America, I offer sessions in both English and Spanish.
