Feel disconnected, anxious, numb, or unsure of how to relate to the life they long for
Feel stuck in their heads, ungrounded, disconnected from their bodies and the people in their lives
Have struggled with shame, being highly sensitive, narcissistic abuse, or complex trauma
Are learning to live with new or longstanding injuries or disabilities
Are recovering from the hards thing in life
my approach
I believe that our struggles make sense and carry their own wisdom. What may now feel like an obstacle, symptom, or limitation was once an intelligent response to an impossible circumstance; a way of protecting, surviving, and helping us endure.
Rather than shaming or rejecting these parts of ourselves, we want to honor them with curiosity, compassion, and respect. Integrating body, heart and mind into our understanding of our experiences, new opportunities for wholeness and growth emerge.
Through our work together, we will tend to the life that is asking to be lived through you: listening more deeply to the language of your soul, cultivating a richer presence in your relationships, deepening your capacity to feel your body and emotions, and creating the conditions for a life that feels more embodied, aligned, and true.

About Natasha
I’m devoted to supporting you in returning to your bodies, breath, and inner knowing. Through somatic, relational, and trauma-informed care, I work with individuals rebuilding lives of meaning and coherence after trauma.
I’ve led groups and healing spaces within wellness, clinical, and grassroots settings, including my work within non-profit organizations, as a facilitator and apprentice in a women's recovery house, and during my years living in an ashram as part of the core staff.
I’m especially attuned to those healing from emotional neglect, the impacts of complex trauma, chronic health or mobility challenges, or living with the question of what it means to be human, embodied, and sacred in this world.
Through a holistic, somatic, and heart-based approach, I support those moving through:
Complex trauma recovery
Overwhelm, anxiety, and nervous system healing
Relational wounding, emotional neglect, boundary integration
Chronic pain, injury, and disabilities (visible or invisible)
